Muse In Mexico
I think nowadays there are many Muse fans who wants the band coming to Mexico. As it's always said, it's possible. But, it's not possible also.
For the people who lives in Mexico City and has gone to the Sports Palace: isn't Muse able to play there? We all know Muse is not a commercial success in mexico, but they have a lot of fans (I must say they have more fans than The Strokes by far). And Muse being in Mexico would be, obviously, a quickly sold-out, so the band would be able to open another gig.
Muse in Mexico would mean a great success. Since Absolution was released, i was hoping they were coming, but it was too hard. Nowadays, with the amount of bands are coming to Mexico (let's remember... in this year: Mars Volta, NOFX, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Mogwai, Of Montreal, The Strokes, The Dandy warhols, Dirty Pretty Things, Elefant, U2, The Rolling Stones, Fall Out Boy, Morrissey, Franz Ferdinand, Bloc Party and many others) it's more possible that Muse is coming than 3 years ago.
So, what do we need? How can we make it a fact, and not our wish??
First of all, we must ask it in a respectful way. No screaming, no getting mad. We must control ourselves.
Then, we must insist in blogs, forums, webpages, and that stuff. Muse in mexico, Muse in Mexico. Start a rumour. Mabye this rumour can reach Ocesa, and they will be able to start working.
Then, as i have mentioed, Ocesa. We must go to Ocesa. They are the company that brings the majority of bands to Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey (the most important mexican cities). We must send some e-mails, letters or whatever.
Also, we should e-mail or contact Warner, their label. Mabye it would be a great step.
Myspace. We should post a lot in their myspace, so the band can see how famous and impoprtant they are for us.
Finally... other fans. Mabye the UK fans can help us giving us some details about how to do it. Mabye sb has Matt's e-mail, or sth that can be important.
So... if you're from Mexico, or from latin america (if Muse is coming to mexico, then they'll go to latin america obviously) post here. Suggest, bring ideas. If you're from the Uk, the US, australia, japan, france or other country, just give us ideas.

@ 22.12.2006 03:00 CESTMUSE in Mexico, is a dream of many people of this country, but, it says that, MUSE is not commercial in our country, but, I can say to them, we are many fans, the bad thing is that the piracy does not allow that they realize it. please we want to see MUSE
